Ricotta & Spinach Halfmoon – 400Gr

Cooking Instrucitions

Put 2½ litres of water into a large pot, add 1 tsp of salt. Once boiling, add the frozen pasta. Cook for 6 minutes and then drain. Add your sauce, stir and serve.

Ingredients

Fresh ricotta (29%), white flour (29%), fresh spinach (22%), whole eggs (14.5%), parmesan (3%), salt, nutmeg, black pepper.

Beef Tortellini – 400Gr

Cooking Instrucitions

Put 2 and 1/2 litres of water into a large pot  , add 1 tsp of salt . Once boiling , add the frozen pasta , cook for 5 minutes and then drain . Add your sauce , stir and serve.

Ingredients

Flour , whole eggs , wagyu beef , Parmesan , rosemary, olive oil , black pepper , salt, celery carots, onions.

Chicken Tortellini – 400Gr

Chocolate Duck Tortelli – 400Gr

Ingredients

Flour (28%), duck (21.5%), whole egg (14.3%), fresh ricotta, fresh tomato, cocoa powder, parmesan, red wine (4.3%), onion, carrots, celery, salt, garlic, black pepper, rosemary.

Eggplant Parmigiana – 900Gr

Cooking Instrucitions

OVEN: defrost, take off paper label , then place in oven safe dish . Pre-heat  oven to 210 degrees and heat for 20 minutes. MICROWAVE: place lasagna in a microwave safe container. Defrost, then heat for 10 minutes .

Ingredients

Napoli sauce, fried eggplants, parmesan cheese, fior di latte, basil, celery, onion, carrots, garlic, oil, salt.

Fish & Crab Tortelli – 400Gr

Ingredients

Flour (37.5%), fresh crab (25%), whole eggs (18.5%), blue grenadier – hoki (12.5%), tomatoes, onion, vegetable oil, salt , garlic, black pepper.

GF Meatball Sauce – 900Gr

Cooking Instrucitions

Put in the pan and slow simmer for 10 minutes in a covered pan , add a cup of water. Microwave: defrost , then heat for 7-10minutes .

Ingredients

Tomato sauce, organic mince beef, red wine, gluten free flour, gluten free breadcrumb, eggs, parmesan, skim milk, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oil.

Grandmother’s Tagliatelle – 400Gr

Cooking Instrucitions

Put 2½ litres of water into a large pot, add 1 tsp of salt. Once boiling, add the frozen pasta. Cook for 4 minutes and then drain. Add your sauce, stir and serve.

Ingredients

White flour (53.3%), fresh eggs (33.3%), semolina flour (13.3%).

King’s Tortellini – 200Gr

Cooking Instrucitions

Place frozen pasta into a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 6/10 minutes. Add  your sauce and serve.

• Another cooking way

Cook in a chicken stock for 6/10 min serve like a soup.

Mushroom Truffle Ravioli – 400Gr

Cooking Instrucitions

Put 2 and 1/2 litres of water into a large pot, add 1 tsp  of salt. Once boiling, add the frozen pasta, cook for 5 minutes and then drain. Add your sauce  stir and serve.

Ingredients

Flour , whole eggs , mushroom , fresh ricotta , truffle oil , parsley , parmesan , salt , black pepper .

Napoli Sauce – 800Gr

Ingredients

Tomato (95%), oil, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, sugar, salt, basil.

Potato & Ricotta Gnocchi – 500Gr

Cooking Instrucitions

Put 2½ litres of water into a large pot, add 1 tsp of salt. Once boiling, add the frozen pasta. Cook for 3/4 min until they will come up. Use a spider to move in your pan with hot sauce mix and serve.

Ingredients

Potato (55.9%), ricotta (14%), semolina flour (11%), white flour (11%), whole eggs (7%), salt, nutmeg, black pepper.

Pumpkin Halfmoon – 400Gr

Special flour (rice flour, tapioca starch, maize flour, potato starch, sugar, whey powder, xantham gum) (44.5%), fresh eggs (26%), pumpkin (17.8%), parmesan, lemon peel, sugar, salt, peach, pear, apricot.

Ragu Sauce – 600Gr

Ingredients

Tomato (58%),wagyu beef (29%), red wine (8.7%), salt, rosemary, garlic, onion, carrot, celery

Seafood Lasagna – 900Gr

Cooking Instrucitions

Napoli sauce, skim milk, fresh past, calamari, snapper, salmon, mussels, tiger prawns, prawns bisque, white wine, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, parmesan, flour, eggs, butter, salt, garlic, oil.

Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni – 900Gr

Cooking Instrucitions

Oven: Defrost, take off the paper label and the lids, then place in oven.

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees, and heat for 25 mins.

Strozzapreti – 500Gr

Vegetarian Lasagna – 900Gr

Wagyu Beef Lasagna – 900Gr
