Catering Function Menù

The Menu is just an idea anything can be discuss and change… 

Option One – a la carte:

• ENTREE

Calamari fritti – Fresh market calamari gently fried with zucchini, capsicum and eggplant skin, served with light mustard mayonnaise and balsamic reduction
Salmone affumicato – Carpaccio of smoked Tasmanian salmon with fennel in lemon, orange and mandarin sauce, drizzled with balsamic reduction from Modena GF
Antipasto – Slender slices of cured meats (prosciutto, salami, coppa), with selected Italian cheese, marinated vegetables, olives and delicious caramelised fruit mustard GF
Melanzane parmigiana – Grilled eggplant layered with napoli sauce, mozzarella (fior di latte), basil and grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

• MAINS

La lasagne classica – Lasagna with housemade pasta, rich bolognese and béchamel sauces, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Gnocchi al pomodoro e bufala – Housemade gnocchi with ricotta cheese and napoli sauce, topped with delicious fresh buffalo mozzarella
Linguine alla marinara – Linguine made in the Sicilian tradition with delightfully fresh seafood, cherry tomatoes, chilli, capers, olives and a touch of parsley
Risotto al tartufo e Prosecco – Vialone nano risotto mixed with Prosecco, truffle and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese GF
Pollo calabrese – Succulent free-range chicken breast cooked with red wine, Italian pancetta, red onions, black olives and chillies in our fresh tomato basil sauce, served with roast potatoes GF
Pesce del giorno – Selected fish of the day, cooked according to type
Scallopina agli asparagi – Slow-cooked veal grilled with asparagus, napoli sauce, and a touch of mascarpone and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, with fried polenta

• PIZZA

Available extra $300 for wood fire oven

• DESSERTS

Tiramisu – Sponge fingers, egg yolks and a touch of sugar, mascarpone cheese, coffee and liqueur
Cioccolato tortino – Chocolate fondant with a hint of coffee, served with cinnamon ice-cream
Calzone con nutella – Calzone (oven bread) filled with nutella (Only if there is pizza oven)
Piatto di formaggio – Cheese board of gorgonzola, asiago and pecorino with truffle honey, fruit mustard and balsamic reduction

Rocket, pear, and pecorino cheese salad with honey dressing – $8

All our platter are disposable and they can be reusable….

Antipasto platter with San Daniele prosciutto, Grandmother ham, salami hot and mild, marinade olive and creckers $70

• CHEESE PLATTER

Cheese platter from $70 to $100 on your budget we will organize the cheeses and crecker, we have around 20 different cheese available in our store in Brighton.

• EXTRAS

If you have additional requirements, such as flowers, decorations, DJ, glasses if you purchases some alcohol in our next door vintage cellar please enquire for quotes. Cake – Our in house pastry chef can work with you to create your cake.
